It is required for each participant to have read and acknowledged handbook prior to the start of band camp.
COMMITMENT FORM (submission required)
This is required for each participant to have form completed and submitted prior to the start of summer band camp.

This is required for each participant to have form completed and summitted in prior to the start of summer band camp.
OVER THE COUNTER (OTC) AND FIRST AID PERMISSION FORM (submission required)

You can use this form if you are interested in volunteering. Please know, all volunteers/chaperones must be Level II certified by the district.
