MARCHING BAND CHAPERONE INTEREST FORM
You can use this form to submit parent information, if you are interested in being a chaperone on the bus for competitions. All chaperones must be Level II certified by the district. For more information regarding Level I and Level II certification, visit this area of the Greenville County Schools District website.
OVER THE COUNTER AND FIRST AID FORM
This form is included in the Membership Packet. Should you need to update, please select one of the following to grant/deny permission for the Hillcrest Band Staff to administer over the counter medications and basic first aid, if needed, during band activities.
